Food -
Whole grains, unpolished grains, and millets must be preferred and included in your diet.
Fresh fruits - one serving - twice a day
Salads - one serving once a day
Lean meat
Dry fruits - all are beneficial
Seasonal vegetables - Bitter gourd, okra, bottle gourd, ginger, cauliflower, spinach, carrot, peas, kale, mushrooms, fenugreek leaves, lettuce, cucumber, zucchini, pumpkin, celery, coriander, etc are some beneficial vegetables.
Consume regularly fresh seasonal fruits locally available
Beneficial fruits - banana, watermelon, papaya, apple, muskmelon, avocado, peaches, pear, pomegranate, figs, custard apple, etc.
Consume freshly cooked food,
avoid stale, reheated food as much as possible.
Avoid buffalo milk , buffalo curd, buffalo ghee
Cow milk, - Drink cow milk, cow curd, in food
Cow ghee - add cow ghee in your food in every meal
Limit - junk food , hotel food , outside food, flavoured food.
Restrict your intake of packaged food containing preservatives and taste enhancing chemicals. This can include many breakfast cereals, energy bars, instant noodles, etc.
Prefer traditionally cooked fresh food to stored ones.
For cooking use coconut oil or sesame oil or olive oil
Use cow ghee in diet and for cooking
Avoid too spicy, sour foods, deep fried and oily foods.
Cooking Salt - try to strictly use Himalayan pink rock salt in homemade food

Always keep the body well hydrated with plain pure water
Daily water consumption / including juices , liquids, coconut water, tea coffee
Adults - have additional 1-2 glasses of fluids 4 times a day
Reduce tea, coffee intake to 2-3 cups / day
Limit your intake of alcoholic beverages, smoking and tobacco intake in any form.

Sun bath - 30- 60 min per day
Empty stomach - bowels every day
Sleep 10 pm , get up 6 am
Have 8 hrs uninterrupted sleep every night
Don't wake up midnight to check email, chats, phones

Clothes - wear loose clothes as air passes through the skin and breathes Avoid skin tight clothes
Skin moisturisers
Use any organic coconut oil, sesame oil, olive oil for skin
Try to avoid chemical based creams
Soap - body wash
Try to use herbal bath powders, than chemical based soaps that dry up the skin
