Returns, Refund & Cancellation



Returns: We have a no returns policy for all products, as we cannot give them to others. No one expects medicines given to them are returned by others.

Cancellation and Refund of order : Cancellations cannot be made once the order is placed.. No refunds will be made once the order is placed.

Modification of an order: Any order can be modified within 24 hours of placing order.

Damaged Goods: For products received in damaged condition kindly mail us clear & good quality pictures within 24 hours of receipt. Replacement to the extent of damage can be made. In case outer packaging is damaged, a damage report must be taken from the courier or logistics company on receipt of the parcel. The same must be mailed to us along with the pictures within 24 hours of receipt.
